HRB Payroll has been developed to automate salary calculation and its preparation. It will create payroll items and carry out reports in accordance with local legislation and regulations and specific requirements of a customer. Each stage of payroll calculation such as recurring processes while payroll calculating will be automated on the back of recurring items and long absence facilities. The module permits multiple recalculations and modifications for all the employees, chosen departments or individual employees only. All data necessary for payroll calculation is available directly in the RB Payroll module without using archive procedures. Each employee and each payroll item has ascribed analytical information used for cost classifying for the purpose of the financial department. The confirmed payroll lists are exported then to the Platnik application as the social security declarations, to the finance-accountancy system – as the ledger entry form, and to the electronic banking system – as the bank transfer order. The system will create also pay slips for the employees and tax declarations for the tax office.
